We are offering a unique opportunity to participate in a free weekend retreat at one of our retreat centers around the world. The two-day retreat is centered around the question Where and what is happiness? The retreat is based on and inspired by the Wisdom and Teachings of the spiritual teacher Avatar Adi Da Samraj. We hope that this weekend will be very meaningful and inspiring for you.

The schedule includes

• Guided meditations
• Yoga / Tai Chi classes
• Video presentations
• Group considerations
• Sharing personal stories
• Contemplative walks in the serene grounds
• Fresh vegetarian meals, made from produce grown locally

Maximum number of participants: between 12 and 18 depending on the location.

Experienced hosts
The retreats are hosted by a team of experienced and longtime practitioners of Avatar Adi Da’s teachings who guide the retreat program in an inspiring fashion.
All service to these retreats is offered on a volunteer basis. We are happy that – through these retreats – we make this essential wisdom available to a large audience, contributing to the wellbeing, peace, tolerance and enlightenment of all beings on this planet.

Free cancellation
Canceling registrations is free up to 10 days before the retreat begins. From 9 to 4 days before the retreat there is a 50 percent refund. No refunds for the last 3 days before the retreat.

Prices
The program is for free. We only ask a contribution for vegetarian meals and accommodation during the weekend.

In Europe we host most of our retreats in the tranquil environment of the European Danda – a beautiful former monastery based in south Netherlands. In the USA we offer these retreats at our retreat location in the beautiful mountains of Northern California. Our New Zealand center is on 16 acres peacefully nestled in lush foothills to the west of Auckland.
